Anew is currently providing development services to Westbrook Housing in the implementation of a two-year, comprehensive rehabilitation of the 100 unit Millbrook Estates apartment building at 300 East Bridge Street in Westbrook.
Millbrook Estates proudly serves the housing needs of 100 senior households but has reached a point in time when substantive renovations are necessary to enhance energy efficiency, safety, and the overall beauty and quality of the interior environment.
Planning and predevelopment took place through 2021 and construction commenced in the spring of 2022. The project is expected to be complete on or about the end of 2024.
