From 2021 to 2024 Anew Development provided development services to Westbrook Housing in the implementation of a comprehensive rehabilitation of the 100 unit Millbrook Estates apartment building at 300 East Bridge Street in Westbrook.
Since the 1980s Millbrook Estates had proudly served the housing needs of 100 senior households but had reached a point in time when substantive renovations are necessary to enhance energy efficiency, safety, and the overall beauty and quality of the interior environment.
Planning and predevelopment took place through 2021, construction commenced in the spring of 2022 and was completed in late 2024.
